Deanna Stevenson, LCPC

Deanna is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC). She received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Montana State University-Bozeman then continued her education, receiving her Master’s degree in Health & Human Development- Mental Health Counseling from MSU. Over the course of her career, Deanna has honed her skills in a variety of settings including residential treatment, school & community based programs, providing clinical supervision for therapists & facilitating equine-assisted therapy programs and workshops. She opened her private practice in 2016 where she continues to support a range of clients using a relational & mindfulness-based approach to healing & growth

Deanna (and her therapy golden retrievers) provide a safe & welcoming space where clients can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and explore the experiences that have shaped their lives. Deanna's work is centered around meeting each person where they are and creating a collaborative therapeutic relationship build on trust, authenticity & respect. Through a holistic lens, she integrates evidence-based therapeutic approaches with mindfulness practices, self-awareness & practical tools to support emotional wellness, healthy relationships & the process of creating a more balanced and fulfilling life.

 

Therapy is not about becoming someone different - it is about reconnecting with your strengths, understanding yourself more deeply & creating space for healing & growth. Deanna's hope is that every client leaves feeling empowered, grounded & more connected to themselves. Outside the therapy office, Deanna values the restorative power of nature, meaningful relationships, & intentional living -- practices that continue to shape her own commitment to wellness.
