Kelsey Ehlert is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges while building resilience, insight, and lasting change. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Human Services from Montana State University Billings and went on to receive her master’s degree in Social Work from Walla Walla University. Throughout her career, Kelsey has worked in a variety of settings, including addiction treatment, school- and community-based programs, and clinical leadership roles providing supervision within a nonprofit agency.

In 2025, she began her private practice journey with the goal of creating a supportive and welcoming space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. She works with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and family conflict. She believes that every individual possesses unique strengths and the capacity for growth. Using a strengths-based and relationship-centered approach, she partners with clients to identify challenges, develop effective coping strategies, and build on existing strengths to achieve meaningful goals. Kelsey believes that healing happens through connection and feels honored to walk alongside clients as they work toward greater self-awareness, confidence, and resilience.
